Delivery time
Iristra does its best to deliver your orders to you as soon as possible. We will ship your package within 1-3 business days. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

 

Shipping material​
Iristra ships her clothes and bags in shipping bags. Accessories are sent in hard letterbox boxes or mailing envelopes with bubble wrap. This way your items remain well protected against wind, breakage and deformation. 

 

Confirmation email
After placing your order you will always automatically receive an email with a confirmation of your purchase (if you do not receive an email, please also check your Spam folder).

 

Parcel delivery
All packages are sent via PostNL. In general, the delivery will take place after delivery to PostNL in the Netherlands in 1-2 working days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. From the moment we send the package via the PostNL point, we are not liable for delays at PostNL and/or when they deliver it. Please take into account  a longer delivery time due to public holidays and holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost by PostNL.

Did you enter an incorrect address?
Did you enter the wrong address? Send an email directly to customerservice@iristra.com. As soon as you place an order, we immediately start packing and shipping. Please inform us of the change of address as soon as possible. If the package has already been sent before we receive the change, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you.
