Privacy declaration

Iristra.com, hereinafter Iristra, respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data will be made available to third parties that are involved in processing your order. These parties have their own privacy rules.

What personal data do we store?

• First and last name;
• address details: with the correct address we can send your order;
• e-mail address and (possibly) telephone number; (the latter only in case of personal contact)
• clientnumber;
• order data;
• payment details: We use a secure payment environment to pay for your order.

 When you pay with iDeal or bank transfer, your data will be stored in our administration in order to link the payment to your order. Furthermore, we only use your bank account number when you receive a refund;
 

For what purposes?

• account: your account contains your personal information. This way you do not have to enter your details every time. We save your previous orders, so we can help you better.
• order: If you place an order, we use your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment details to keep you informed and to be able to deliver.
• newsletters: you can sign up (give permission) for our newsletter with your name and email address. Your name and e-mail address are stored securely and are only used for sending the newsletter. You can always unsubscribe
• customer service: when you contact us because you have a question about our products or about your order, we remember these questions in our database. This way we can help you faster next time.
• promotions: If you respond to a promotion or contest, we ask for your name, address and e-mail address. We use this information to carry out the promotion and to announce the winners.
• legal and fiscal accountability: arising from legal obligations.

retention period
Your personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is required and collected.

The following retention periods are used:

• for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. You can, however, submit a request to delete your account and personal data, which we will comply with as soon as possible, unless this conflicts with legal (retention) obligations.
• for as long as necessary in the event of a legal obligation that requires longer storage, such as the seven-year fiscal retention obligation for payment data).

 
Sharing data with third parties
We only provide your data to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you, such as shopping in the hosted webshop, creating an account in that webshop, ordering and paying through a payment provider and delivery via a carrier. We also provide data if this is necessary for the implementation of a legal obligation. The companies that process your data on our behalf have been selected partly on the basis of their quality in processing transactions and the correct handling and processing of personal data. 

Data is shared with these parties:

• Shopify for webshop hosting, account creation, ordering and payment (through Ideal using Shopify payment processing Shopify payment and Shopify payment's provider), email.
• bank for processing payments.
• PostNL for delivery.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data processed by Iristra. A request for adjustment or deletion should be sent to customerservice@iristra.com, attn. Privacy officer, accompanied by a blacked copy proof of identity. We will respond to your request within 4 weeks at the latest.

Security
Iristra respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. We use Shopify's secure webshop environment for this purpose, do not use unsecured/unknown or open WiFi networks. We will also never ask you for passwords.

If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or if there are indications of abuse, please send an email to customerservice@iristra.com l attn. Privacy Officer. We will answer them as soon as possible.
